About/ Our Story

Who We Are
ThirdSight Clothing was born from a simple idea: style can do more than look good — it can uplift, heal, and inspire. Founded by people passionate about mindfulness, art, and meaningful self-expression, we designed this brand to be a bridge between inner growth and outward expression.

We believe each of us has a “third sight”—an inner vision rooted in awareness, empathy, and purpose. Through our apparel, we hope to nurture that sight. To remind you: you are more than what you seem. You are becoming.

why we choose cotton

Key benefits of 100% cotton

Comfort and softness: Cotton is naturally soft and gentle, providing a comfortable feel against the skin. It also has a nice, substantial feel that many people prefer.

Breathability: It allows air to circulate freely, which helps with evaporation and keeps you cool in hot, humid conditions.

Hypoallergenic: Cotton is a natural fiber, and 100% cotton fabrics are less likely to cause skin irritation or allergic reactions. This makes them a good option for people with sensitive skin, including those with eczema.

Moisture absorption: Cotton absorbs moisture, which can help prevent odors and keep you dry. However, this also means it can hold onto moisture longer, unlike some quick-drying synthetic fabrics.
Durability: Cotton fibers are strong and durable, especially when wet, allowing the fabric to withstand repeated washing and wear over time.
Environmental benefits: As a natural fiber, cotton is biodegradable and will break down over time when disposed of, unlike synthetic materials like polyester.

Considerations and potential drawbacks

Shrinkage: Historically, cotton was known for shrinking significantly after washing. While modern manufacturing has reduced this, and many shirts are "preshrunk," some degree of shrinkage may still occur.

Wrinkling: Cotton can wrinkle more easily than some synthetic fabrics.
Moisture retention: While it absorbs moisture, cotton can also hold onto it, which is not ideal for intense physical activity or for situations where you need the fabric to dry very quickly.
