We want you to love your purchase
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
This follows standard ecommerce practices where items must be returned in original condition and within a defined window (typically 14–30 days)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Sale or discounted items
Limited drops / pre-orders
Accessories (hats, socks, etc.)
Any item marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only (same item, different size), depending on availability.
If your size is sold out, you will receive store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method OR as store credit
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping method
ThirdSight is not responsible for lost returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery
Include your order number + photos
We’ll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
